spaces and a sauna open daily, our club supports every aspect of your wellbeing.
GYM & FREE WEIGHTS

Our members‑only gym offers a calm, unhurried space to focus on your fitness—often far quieter than commercial or community gyms. It features high‑quality strength and conditioning machines, a dedicated free‑weights area, a pull‑up station, and a full range of cardio equipment including bikes, cross trainers, treadmills and rowers.
Whether you’re building strength, improving fitness or training for performance, you’ll enjoy a well‑equipped, welcoming environment designed to help you get the most from every workout.

Johnny Chalk of Elevate Fitness brings unmatched energy and enthusiasm to Bridge of Allan Sports Club. As our personal trainer and fitness instructor, he delivers motivating one‑to‑one PT sessions and dynamic fitness classes. Johnny creates a fun, supportive training environment that helps members build strength, improve fitness and achieve real results.

The Bridge of Allan Sports Club sauna offers the perfect way to relax, recover and boost wellbeing. Our members‑only sauna helps ease tired muscles after a hard game or long day at work, promoting better circulation, stress relief and mental clarity. It’s a calm, restorative space designed
to support recovery, enhance performance and improve overall health and wellbeing.
MASSAGE AND REHABILITATION
Simon Dickson our well-respected advanced remedial and sports Massage therapist and is based here at he Bridge of Allan Sports club. Simon and his team are focused as much on injury prevention as it is on rehabilitation and will customise a treatment plan specifically for your individual requirements.
